About Us
Inner work
We are all born into this world with pure innocence. Being joyful, playful, with all the positive qualities, carefree and present in the moment. If you have observed a child closely you will see. As we start this journey called life, like a sponge we readily absorb what our environment and caretakers teach us and behave with us, Slowly loosing a large part of our innocence and true authentic nature. We unconsciously take on negative emotions, slowly forget to love ourselves and others, we start living in past memories or in the future rather than in the present moment. We struggle with our relationship with ourselves and others making it difficult to navigate through life in a joyful manner.
Becoming aware and reparenting ourselves holds the key to returning back to our endless joy, freedom and creativity. This returning back to our true nature of love is what I call ' the hero's journey', because every individual who gathers up the courage and has the willingness to look deep within themselves is a true hero. The good news is every one of us has the power inside of us to integrate and love our shadow aspects.
Inner work is a commitment you make to yourself, to love yourself enough to give yourself that freedom , to get yourself to know that true happy authentic self that lies deep within you beneath the layers of social conditioning we have taken on since childhood. All we do is to guide you peal off these layers one by one, step by step and give art tools that will help you cope when triggers when they come up and how to free ourselves from the false and limited beliefs that we have about true everlasting happiness.

Significance of art in this journey
Intuitive art helps you connect you to your inner world. While creating art we use less of our logical mind and analytical mind and use more of our intuitive knowledge, body awareness and follow our heart to express your inner most feelings,
It is a powerful tool in releasing trauma and helps us to be in the present moment.
Its all about trusting the process, there is no wrong or right way. It allows you to speak the language of the inner child. And no you don't have to be an artist to be able to do this.
How can I help
I have been using art since childhood in one way or the other, it comes to me in times of adversity or in happiness. It made me realize how powerful a medium it is if used in self healing. My role is only to guide you in the process of making art that will help you realize your power of healing.
